About the small studio

The small studio began its life in Articulate project space during a cross-art collaborative project, and was made possible by a generously donated, packaging crate. It takes over from the larger studio (detailed in Pieces of Practice) as a place to practice in while space is scarce. Its smallness also gives the studio potential to travel.

The Poetics of Space

'Large issues from small, not through the logical law of dialectics of contraries, but thanks to liberation from all obligations of dimensions, a liberation that is a special characteristic of the activity of the imagination.'
